A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.

You are requested to take note of the contents of the said SEBI circulars.
As per clause 41 of the said circular, all the existing agreements with clients shall be amended or deemed to incorporate provision to the effect that the parties agree to undertake online conciliation and/or online arbitration by participating in the ODR Portal and/or undertaking dispute resolution in the manner specified in the said Circular.
